To install the documentation for the FisWidgets, unpack the all-doc.tar.gz file. A directory called docs should be created with all of the documentation files. Please move the directory to a location where yourself and others may access it. For example, you could place the docs directory in your fiswidgets installation directory. Since we typically put the fiswidgets files in /usr/local/pkg/fiswidgets, the documentation goes in /usr/local/pkg/fiswidgets/docs.
The documentation for fiswidgets consists of html files and corresponding image files. When a help document is accessed from an application, the browser that is specified in the user's .fispropertes file displays the help document. The BROWSER field in the .fisproperties file must have the full pathname to the web browser to be used. In addition, the full pathaname to the help directory must be set in each user's .fisproperties file, FISDOC_PATH field.
