Afni3dFWHM
Afni3dFWHM is a wrapper for the AFNI (RW Cox, NIH) 3dFWHM application.
3dFWHM -- This program estimates the Filter Width Half Maximum (FWHM).

Invocation
java Afni3dFWHM
This starts up the java interpreter and runs the Afni3dFWHM application.
You need to have set up your environment
for java in order for this to work.

Information to be entered
- Input dataset
This is the filename of the dataset to be analyzed.
- Input Sub Brick
If the input file is a 3d+time dataset, this is the sub brick that is used.
- Output file
The output will be written to this file if enabled. Otherwise, the
output is written to the output window.
- Mask dataset
This is the name of the dataset to use as a mask.
- Verbose
Enable verbose output.
