Afni3dinfo

Afni3dinfo is a wrapper for the AFNI (RW Cox, NIH) 3dinfo application.
3dinfo -- Utility program to print out information about a 3D dataset.

Invocation

java Afni3dinfo

This starts up the java interpreter and runs the Afni3dinfo application. You need to have set up your environment for java in order for this to work.

Notes: This program is capable of handling compressed input.

Information to be entered

3dinfo input:
This is where you select your Afni Dataset. You can select either the .HEAD or .BRIK file, so long as both are in the same directory. Or you can just select the file without the .HEAD. It will then attempt to fine the .HEAD file and read information from it.
Verbose
Print out more information about the dataset than normal.
Brief
Print out less information about the dataset than normal.
