AirCrop
AirCrop is a Java gui wrapper for the AIR 5.2.1 (Roger Woods, UCLA) crop program.
The crop program crops empty planes from all edges of an image.

Invocation
java AirCrop
This starts up the java interpreter and runs the AirCrop
application. You need to have
set up your environment for java
in order for this to work.
AirCrop is also available from AirToolChest, GlobalWorkbench and GlobalDesktop computing environments.

Information to be entered
- Input Image files: Use this widget to specify your input data.
- Padding voxels: Number of blank voxels to pad each dimension with.
- Output Image directory/file: Location to place output files.
- Output Air directory/file: Check to create output air files that perform transformation and specify location to place these files..
- Overwrite existing files: Check to overwrite existing files on output.
