AirResliceunwarp

AirResliceunwarp is a Java gui wrapper for the AIR 5.2.1 (Roger Woods, UCLA) reslice_unwarp program.
The reslice_unwarp program will attempt to numerically invert the information contained in a .warp file, reslicing the original registration target to match the reslice file instead of the usual vice versa. For more information about the AIR package see the AIR 5 homepage.
