FslAvwmerge

FslAvwmerge is a Java gui wrapper for the FSL 3.0 avwmerge program. Avwmerge combines 3D analyze volumes into a 4D analyze data.

Invocation

java  FslAvwmerge

This starts up the java interpreter and runs the FslAvwmerge application. You need to have set up your environment for java in order for this to work. FslAvwmerge is also available in the FslToolChest, GlobalWorkbench and GlobalDesktop computing environments.

Input File(s)/Directory/Filelist
Set of 3d analyze images.
Output File
Output 4D analyze image.
Merge Mode
Choose a mode to merge images. Ex. time vs. space.
Save name list
Create an ASCII list file of original filenames.
