FslAvwsplit

FslAvwsplit is a Java gui wrapper for the FSL 3.0 avwsplit program. Avwsplit changes a 4D analyze data set to a time series of 3D analyze volumes.

Invocation

java  FslAvwsplit

This starts up the java interpreter and runs the FslAvwsplit application. You need to have set up your environment for java in order for this to work. FslAvwsplit is also available in the FslToolChest, GlobalWorkbench and GlobalDesktop computing environments.

Information to be entered

Input file
A 4D analyze data set to be split.
Output directory
The directory where the output 3D analyze volumes would go.
Use default names (vol<NNNN>)
Use default filenames. The default is vol<NNNN> where <NNNN> is a 4 digit volume number.
Use name list
Use previesly saved (from FslAvwmerge) filelist to rename the output files to their original names.
