These utilities are designed to help the fiswidget programmer set up the .fisproperties file and create enduser documentation for the fiswidget applications he or she has written. These utilites are standalone programs and are not to be confused with the fisutils package, which is a set of Java classes the programmer may use within a fiswidget application.

  Given a template HTML help document, and the name of a successfully compiled fiswidgets application, MakeHtml will prompt the programmer to enter some information about each widget in the fiswidget application that the user needs to fill out.
