Fiswidgets Patches

Listed below are any files that have been changed since the last release to fix any urgent bugs. The files are organized by package, just as they are on the downloads page.

To install the new files, perform the following steps:

Download the patched files you want.
Copy new files so they overwrite the old files installed on your computer. Note that he new files will have the exact same name as the files they should replace.
- Note that you will typically find jar files installed in /usr/local/pkg/fiswidgets/jars or /usr/local/fiswidgets/jars.
- Note that documentation is usually installed in /usr/local/pkg/fiswidgets/doc or /usr/local/fiswidgets/doc.
In the case of a new jar file, shutdown and restart any Fiswidgets programs that are currently running.

Fiswidgets
- Patch for fiswidgets-2.3 (fiswidgets-all.jar) (Released 10/9/2007)
  This patch fixes the following problems:
  - Updates to histogram plots in GraphCanvas (10/9/07)
  - Updated imgio.jar included; fixes SliceApp problem getting Analyze timeseries vectors with cached slices. (Fixed 9/27/2007)
  - Machine endianness is correctly determined with ByteOrder() class. (Fixed 9/19/2007)
  - Entries in Foreach spreadsheet are trimmed of trailing/leading whitespace. (Fixed 9/19/2007)
  - Fixed XML loading of scripting settings in the GlobalDesktop (Fixed 6/6/2005)
  - Breakpoints after EndForeach are skipped in the GlobalDesktop (Fixed 5/13/2005)

AIR
- air
  - Patch for air-3.08 (air.jar) (Released 11/07/2007)
    This patch fixes the following problems:
    - ManualReslice GUI was not using the PIX_ERR setting to check for cubic voxels (Fixed 11/07/07)
    - Removed AirMatrix.java, AirSmooth.java, AirSmoothRun.java and AirSmooth.html from sourceforge. AirSizeof needs to check for package path. AirManualReslice GUI checking fields that are not used.(Fixed 08/29/2007)
    - AirReorient doesn't save GUI to xml correctly in Java 1.4.2 (Fixed 11/18/2005)
    - Missing error dialog boxes in AirManualReslice (Fixed 5/10/2005)
- air5
  - Patch for air5-1.1 (air5.jar) (Released 8/31/2007)
    This patch fixes the following problems:
    - Removed AirMatrix.java, AirSmooth.java, AirSmoothRun.java and AirSmooth5.html from sourceforge.AirManualReslice GUI checking fields that are not used.(Fixed 8/31/2007)
    - AirAlignlinear, AirAlignwarp were not setting executable path for reslice, reslice_warp correctly under Windows. (Fixed 8/02/2006)
    - AirSizeof, AirReslice, and AirManualReslice were not setting executable path correctly under Windows. (Fixed 7/31/2006)
    - AirAlignlinear GUI had an unrecognized file filter problem. (Fixed 3/21/2006)
    - Manualreslice GUI needed to check voxelsize differences against PIX_SIZE_ERR to generate cubic voxel question. (Fixed 12/03/2005)
    - Current working directory is prepended to non-existent files in some text fields (Fixed 5/19/2005)
    - Missing error dialog boxes in AirManualReslice (Fixed 5/10/2005)

AFNI
- Patch for afni-1.3 (afni.jar) (Released 3/2/2007)
  This patch fixes the following problems:
  - As of April 2005 the 3dAFNItoANALYZE program needs the -OK flag on the commandline, so this was added to the GUI. (Fixed 3/2/2007)
  - Afni3dmerge GUI added single quotes around filter expression in the commandline, this was incorrect, they have been removed. (Fixed 10/26/05)
  - Afni3dttest GUI tested for equal set sizes in paired Ttest incorrectly. (Fixed 9/1/05)
  - Afni3dAnova GUI has index array bounds error on directory and list inputs. (Fixed 8/25/05)
  - Afni3dmerge GUI doesn't run due to system property error. (Fixed 4/19/2005)

  This patch fixes the following problems:
  - Flirt GUI was not generating correct commandline with -applyxfm flag. Fixed on 8/9/2007.
